Digital & Enrollment Officer

About the role

The Professional Institute of Excellence is seeking a creative and proactive Digital & Enrollment Officer to join its Marketing & Business Development team. The role combines digital content creation with student recruitment, requiring both computer‑based design work and face‑to‑face interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, posters and social media graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, following brand guidelines.
• Capture photos and shoot/edit short videos for social media, campaigns and events.
• Write and schedule social media posts in English and Khmer across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Respond to prospective students and parents via phone, messaging and email, guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Represent PIE at education fairs, school visits, community events and organise open‑day recruitment activities.
• Conduct campus tours and information sessions, maintaining accurate lead records.

Required profile

• Fluent native Khmer speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• Friendly, confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people.
• Sales‑mindset with a proactive attitude toward achieving measurable enrollment targets.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills, comfortable working at events outside the office.
