Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead video content creation and social media strategy to boost brand visibility and drive engagement across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute video and social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, record, and edit high‑quality video content using smartphones and CapCut.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, including content calendars and community engagement.
• Create and optimise paid Facebook campaigns and boosted posts.
• Establish production workflows, content guidelines and monitor platform trends.
• Analyse performance metrics and report insights to senior management.
• Mentor junior content creators or social media staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience managing Facebook pages and boosting posts is an advantage.
