Market Manager, CLM

About the role

As a Market Manager (CLM) you will drive the growth of Trip.com’s hotel portfolio in your assigned market, building relationships with new hotel partners and promoting our online reservation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard high-potential local hotel partners to the Trip.com platform.
• Promote the Trip.com brand and its reservation services to hotels.
• Ensure rate parity, availability and inventory accuracy for managed hotels.
• Advise hotels on marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Conduct market, product, competitor and pricing analysis for the assigned region.
• Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, hotel reservation, marketing support or revenue/yield management.
• Detail-oriented with a fast learning ability.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Dynamic, positive attitude and strong team player.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
