Retail Excellence & Client Experience Lead

About the role

Artisans Angkor is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the retail network in Siem Reap, including the Living Arts Village and Silk Village. The role focuses on delivering luxury‑level service, driving sales, and ensuring every client enjoys an authentic, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead retail operations across all Siem Reap boutiques, maintaining operational excellence and consistent brand standards.
• Drive sales growth and meet commercial targets through performance management, KPI monitoring, and business analysis.
• Champion premium client experiences by implementing service standards, engagement initiatives, and memorable brand moments.
• Coach, develop, and motivate high‑performing retail teams, fostering accountability and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on new product launches, retail initiatives, and ongoing improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or Luxury Brand Management.
• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, preferably within luxury, hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or airport retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, improving productivity, and driving retail performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
