Channel Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Manager to grow our nationwide sales through partner networks. You will work closely with distributors, resellers and other channel partners, collect market feedback and travel frequently across provinces to meet customers and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new partners and resellers for CCTV, whiteboard, dash‑cam and LED product lines.
• Analyse industry trends and design effective channel sales strategies.
• Provide comprehensive support to channel customers, including sales, technical and product assistance.
• Collaborate with partners on product marketing, promotional activities and service improvements while gathering market and customer feedback.
• Conduct regular business trips to provincial locations and meet customers face‑to‑face.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or sales‑out roles for CCTV, whiteboard, dash‑cam or LED products, preferably within electronics/technology sectors.
• Existing customer resources for whiteboard, dash‑cam or LED products, or education‑sector contacts for whiteboards.
• Fluent English communication; Chinese proficiency highly preferred.
• Smart, quick learner, honest, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Strong presentation, training and solution‑selling abilities.
