Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s most important merchants. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, solving operational challenges, and ensuring merchant satisfaction through proactive communication and tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the Key Account operation plan aligned with company strategy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated merchant accounts.
• Handle daily operational challenges, identify merchant needs, and provide customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize revenue.
• Monitor merchant sales performance and recommend improvement actions.
• Maintain and update menus, adjust product pricing, and execute regular promotional plans.
• Manage routine promotional initiatives and respond quickly to competitive challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure merchant satisfaction.
• Collect and compile data to keep key account managers informed.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside the office for merchant visits and special events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
