Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead and expand relationships with our most important retail and wholesale partners across Cambodia. Working from our Phnom Penh office, you will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, negotiating terms, and ensuring the successful execution of trade and marketing initiatives at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive account plans for major retailers and wholesalers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and monitor sales performance against targets.
• Coordinate trade and marketing activities with internal sales, marketing, logistics and finance teams.
• Analyse market and customer data, prepare regular performance reports and propose growth initiatives.
• Resolve account issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support relationship building and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management, sales or business development, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Khmer.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with sales or CRM systems.
