Front Office Manager – Expat Opportunity in Phnom Penh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front‑office operations of a premier integrated gaming and entertainment resort in Phnom Penh. The role is open to expatriates and offers the chance to shape guest experience in a 5‑star international hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and monitor strategic and business plans for the front office.
• Prepare annual budgets, control costs and ensure financial targets are met.
• Recruit, orient, train and develop front‑office staff to achieve performance standards.
• Oversee daily front‑office activities, ensuring prompt, courteous service and personalized guest recognition, especially for VIPs and repeat guests.
• Drive occupancy and average room rate optimisation to maximise revenue.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental collaboration to deliver seamless customer service.
• Implement front‑office marketing initiatives aligned with the FIT program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in a 5‑star international hotel chain.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or similar front‑of‑the‑house hotel systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
