Store Manager – Coffee Shop (Phnom Penh)

About the role

The Store Manager (Coffee) will lead the launch and daily operations of a new coffee store in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and is responsible for creating an efficient, customer‑focused environment while maintaining high product quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre‑opening and set‑up of the new coffee store, from planning to launch.
• Coordinate store setup, equipment, supplies, products and operational readiness.
• Recruit, train and build a strong store team before opening.
• Develop and implement SOPs, service standards and daily operating procedures.
• Manage store operations, sales, inventory, cash handling and cost control.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain product quality.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales and business targets.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Take full ownership of the store's opening and ongoing performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience managing a coffee shop, café or other F&B outlet.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Experience in new store opening or store setup is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of café operations, inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Willingness to take ownership and build the store from the ground up.
