Senior Officer, Tour Operator

About the role

The Senior Officer, Destination Operation is responsible for implementing and managing end‑to‑end tour operations across assigned destinations. Reporting to the Destination Operation Supervisor or Manager, the role ensures tours are delivered efficiently, cost‑effectively, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tour operations for assigned products, following established administrative processes.
• Prepare and manage customized MICE and TSP tour quotations.
• Negotiate with land and supplier partners to secure competitive rates and favorable terms.
• Control tour costs and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Conduct training sessions for Destination Operations, Tour Service, Team Leaders, Event and Marketing teams.
• Produce weekly quotation reports and monthly cost analyses.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Tourism or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in tour operations or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills in both Khmer and English.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high integrity and professionalism.
