Procurement Supervisor

About the role

The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all sourcing, purchasing and inventory activities that support our restaurant operations. You will ensure a reliable supply of ingredients and products while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing for local and overseas suppliers, negotiate terms and monitor purchase orders.
• Control inventory levels, set minimum/maximum stock thresholds and oversee product shelf‑life and rotation.
• Forecast product and ingredient needs based on sales trends, promotions and operational plans.
• Guarantee product availability, coordinate deliveries and resolve any supply issues promptly.
• Lead, supervise and develop the procurement team, assigning responsibilities and monitoring performance.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement costs, supplier performance and supply risks, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse and Marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within food service or hospitality.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to evaluate supplier reliability.
• Excellent analytical abilities to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Leadership experience to guide a procurement team and enforce company policies.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional departments.
