About the role

The Executive, Sales Taskforce Recruitment leads the hiring, onboarding, and development of freelance sales agents who sell Mobile, FTTH, and FWBB solutions. The role ensures a steady pipeline of qualified freelancers, accelerates their activation, and supports their performance to meet company revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and achieve monthly targets for qualified freelance sales agents.
• Manage registration, document collection, system activation, and onboarding training for new freelancers.
• Provide field coaching, product knowledge, and sales technique guidance to improve freelancer productivity.
• Monitor sales activity, detect low‑performing freelancers, and implement re‑activation plans.
• Maintain strong relationships through regular communication, visits, and digital channels.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Regional Sales, Finance, CX, and Technical teams to resolve onboarding, commission, and operational issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and productivity reports and keep freelancer records up to date.
