CSP Manager – Hair

About the role

The CSP Manager – Hair will lead the strategic planning and execution of price, promotion, in‑store activities and visibility for Unilever’s hair care portfolio. You will drive sustainable category growth, collaborate with brand managers and cross‑functional teams, and ensure new product launches are delivered on time and in full.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement short‑term and strategic activities (price, promotion, in‑store visibility) to achieve category growth targets.
• Define, deploy and monitor the Sales & Operating Plan for the hair care category.
• Lead trade reviews, focusing on price, pack, and placement, and work with brand managers to identify market opportunities.
• Coordinate innovation launch packs, ensuring on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery across all touchpoints.
• Develop promotion guidelines based on post‑evaluation learnings and monitor channel activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to implement the category plan.
• Co‑create medium‑to‑long‑term growth plans using market data and GTM strategies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in category or commercial planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work independently, lead teams and thrive in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Khmer and English.
