Cargo Sales Supervisor – Phnom Penh

About the role

ITL Aviation Logistics is seeking a Cargo Sales Supervisor to lead sales activities, manage performance and ensure compliance for its Phnom Penh operations. You will work closely with regional management and partners to grow the airline cargo business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business performance, cost control and people management for the Phnom Penh team.
• Set and monitor budgets for airline units, develop sales plans and track targets.
• Coordinate with headquarters Business Development and Product Development to expand existing airline products and create new offerings.
• Conduct market intelligence and analysis to support business planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with airline principals, customers, partners and service providers.
• Execute other tasks assigned by the Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Cambodia’s economy, culture and the air cargo sector.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, legal and compliance matters.
• 5‑7 years of experience in air cargo, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
