About the role
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist who is fluent in Khmer to support Kampot Cement Co., Ltd. in Phnom Penh. The role focuses on identifying market opportunities, preparing executive presentations, and analysing investment proposals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research and monitor trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Prepare monthly business executive presentation files for management meetings.
- Analyse investment requests, assess feasibility and evaluate associated risks.
- Collaborate with finance and legal teams, seeking expert advice on financial and legal matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in business development or business analysis.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh with Kampot Cement Co., Ltd.
