Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will oversee liquidity, cash flow, funding, banking relationships, and financial risk to ensure the company has the resources needed for daily operations and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position, develop cash flow forecasts and optimize cash utilization across accounts.
• Assess funding needs, manage credit facilities, negotiate financing terms and monitor borrowing costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, negotiate fees and services, and oversee treasury administration.
• Monitor foreign exchange, interest‑rate and other financial risks, and implement hedging strategies as needed.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, working‑capital analysis and scenario planning.
• Ensure accurate treasury operations, maintain controls and segregation of duties, and prepare regular treasury reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or large‑scale commercial organizations is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, banking relationship management and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, cash‑flow and scenario analysis).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Treasury Management Systems.
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
