Risk Management Manager

About the role

The Manager Risk Management supports the implementation and management of the Company’s risk management program, covering operational risk, insurance, loss prevention, and business continuity. This position is based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee insurance matters, including policy renewals, claims management, documentation, and coordination with brokers, insurers, business units, and the Legal Department.
• Identify risk exposures, recommend solutions, and coordinate implementation of approved insurance programs and mitigation measures.
• Promote loss prevention, oversee loss control activities, and ensure follow‑up on recommendations.
• Review, update, and maintain risk management policies, procedures, practices, and manuals.
• Collaborate with business units to assess operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare operational risk reports, identify control gaps, and monitor remediation plans.
• Coordinate business continuity planning, including business impact analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, insurance, internal control or related fields.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
