Store Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Store Operations Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for overseeing daily activities in a Chip Mong Retail store in Phnom Penh. You will ensure that the store runs smoothly, meets sales targets, and delivers a high‑quality customer experience through effective staff management and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor adherence to operational standards.
• Maintain merchandising, inventory checks, and store presentation to support sales goals.
• Guide and coach team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve operational issues.
• Track store performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and collaborate on process improvements.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and customer engagement programs.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of staff.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering processes with relevant teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an entertainment centre, game arcade, or amusement park, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong project‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to identify entertainment trends and improve site performance.
• Proven influence and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory and stock control processes.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and operational standards for arcade equipment.
• Ability to generate and analyse basic performance reports.
