Specialty Tire Sales Manager – Cambodia

About the role

Sailun Group, a global leader in tyre development and manufacturing, is seeking a Specialty Tire Sales Manager to drive business growth in Cambodia. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and strengthening relationships with distributors, agents, and fleet clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand new customer business within the assigned region.
• Achieve sales targets through multiple sales channels.
• Conduct regular field visits to distributors, agents, and fleet customers to drive sales growth.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, products, and trends.
• Communicate company policies, sales strategies, and promotional programs to the market and sales agents.
• Coordinate with agents and partners to meet sales and promotion objectives.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and performance summaries.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and fleet clients.

Required profile

• Cambodian national.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in all‑steel/TBR tyre sales.
• Familiarity with the Cambodian tyre market and existing distributor or fleet contacts.
• Willingness to travel frequently (at least 20 days per month).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
