Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Account Manager (Chinese speaking)

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive/Assistant Account Manager will drive sales of Avery Dennison’s labeling and functional material solutions to key accounts in the Phnom Penh market. This role requires strong Chinese language skills and the ability to manage existing relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high sales achievement for major market segments and manage existing key accounts.
• Target new accounts, develop sales strategies, and negotiate significant orders with senior customer executives.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and launch campaigns and events.
• Provide market feedback, update customer profiles, and prepare regular market reports.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and collaborate with customer service to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder with 3‑5 years of industrial sales experience.
• Solid understanding of the packaging industry, especially food, household and personal care sectors, or an established network within these industries.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in English and Chinese.
• High presentation and negotiation skills.
