Intern – Field Sales

About the role

Join foodpanda’s Field Sales team in Phnom Penh as an Intern, supporting the growth of our vendor network. You will help pitch the pandasend value proposition, negotiate deals and drive brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively pitch pandasend’s value proposition and negotiate commercial deals.
• Implement brand strategies to boost visibility and drive vendor activation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to onboard new vendors and support their growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate leads through research, networking and outreach to build strategic partnerships.
• Develop sales forecasts, implement strategies and assess effectiveness, consistently exceeding targets.
• Support urgent and ad‑hoc business tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
