Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to drive the growth of FUJIAIRE air‑conditioning solutions across residential, commercial and industrial segments in Cambodia. The successful candidate will combine deep market knowledge with consultative selling to build lasting relationships with contractors, developers and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, field visits and channel partner development.
• Promote and sell FUJIAIRE air‑conditioning products and solutions to residential, commercial, industrial and project‑based customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with contractors, developers, dealers, retailers, consultants and end‑users.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections and complaints, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with existing customers to generate repeat business, cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and industry developments in the HVAC and home‑appliance sectors.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management or customer relationship management.
• Strong command of both Khmer and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air‑conditioning and cooling solutions.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and passion for sales (fresh graduates encouraged).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC, air‑conditioning, home‑appliance or related construction‑material industries is an advantage.
