Assistant Director of Sales

About the role

The Assistant Director of Sales will be based on‑site in Phnom Penh, supporting the strategic sales direction of Capri by Fraser. This full‑time position focuses on driving revenue growth, managing key accounts and expanding new business opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate and leisure accounts while developing new business pipelines.
• Oversee daily sales activities, monitor performance metrics and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales on pricing strategies, promotions and market positioning.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Coordinate sales campaigns, events and ensure consistent brand messaging with operations and marketing.
• Represent the property at industry functions, networking events and track market trends, competitor activity and guest feedback.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience in hospitality or related industries.
• Background in sales operations, including forecasting, reporting and managing sales processes.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of building long‑term client relationships.
• Team‑management experience, including coaching and mentoring sales professionals.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
