Sales Showroom Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Sales Showroom Representative to greet walk‑in customers, showcase our products and drive sales in a dynamic showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile, offer refreshments and provide product consultation.
• Facilitate hands‑on product experiences and distribute promotional materials.
• Process walk‑in orders, verify pricing and coordinate order fulfillment with the sales, factory and logistics teams.
• Maintain organized, clean and attractive product displays.
• Recommend related products, follow up with customers and strive to meet monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit delivery documents, VAT paperwork and monthly sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales or customer service, showroom experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Good organization, time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
