Cambodia Sales Director – Condiment Business

About the role

We are hiring a Cambodia Sales Director to lead the expansion of our condiment business across the country. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end regional sales strategy, distributor network development and market penetration for core products such as soy sauce, oyster sauce and seasoning portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Cambodia regional sales strategy and build a nationwide distributor & secondary distribution network.
• Drive market expansion, channel sinking and terminal coverage for core condiment products across provinces and rural markets.
• Design regional pricing architecture and channel incentive policies to ensure sustainable channel profit and meet annual sales KPIs.
• Monitor local and imported competitors (e.g., Leang Leng, Earth Mark, ChinSu, Lee Kum Kee, Ajinomoto, Knorr) and deliver competitive strategies based on market analysis.
• Own sales data tracking, business review, budget planning and regular management reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years FMCG/condiment sales experience, with at least 3 years managing sales in Cambodia.
• Proven mature Cambodia channel resources and solid relationships with Phnom Penh and provincial distributors, wholesalers, F&B chains and hotel B‑end clients.
• Background in top‑tier condiment industry; preferably from leading local condiment brands, international seasoning MNCs or major food importers.
• Fluent in English and Khmer (client‑facing and team management); basic Chinese is a plus.
