Senior Manager, Strategic Learning Partnering

About the role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Learning Partnering will work closely with business functions to translate the Bank's strategic priorities into targeted workforce capability solutions. Acting as a strategic learning partner, you will identify critical capability gaps, design interventions, and ensure learning drives measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into learning and capability priorities.
• Conduct capability needs analysis using performance data, workforce metrics, and stakeholder input.
• Lead design and implementation of strategic learning programs covering relationship management, SME ecosystem development, customer advisory, process improvement, and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts, Bank Faculty, and external specialists to create blended learning journeys.
• Serve as the primary L&D contact for assigned business portfolios, maintaining alignment with evolving needs.
• Work with line managers to reinforce learning through on‑the‑job coaching, action learning, and workplace assignments.
• Manage end‑to‑end program delivery, including scope, timelines, resources, vendors, budget, and quality.
• Monitor emerging trends and recommend new capability priorities to keep the workforce future‑ready.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with proven experience in learning and development or capability building.
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with senior business leaders.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical learning solutions.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder learning initiatives.
