HRBP Manager

About the role

The HRBP Manager partners with retail business leaders to deliver HR strategy and day‑to‑day execution across stores. You will drive workforce planning, staffing, performance management, employee relations, engagement and compliance to support store performance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store/regional leadership on people plans aligned to business goals.
• Own workforce planning, staffing coverage, and scheduling/rostering governance with TA and HR Ops.
• Drive consistent performance management, coaching, and development programs for frontline managers.
• Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal/policy compliance.
• Improve engagement, reduce attrition, and support culture and manager capability.
• Lead change initiatives such as openings, restructures, and process rollouts with strong adoption.
• Track and report HR KPIs including turnover, absenteeism, time‑to‑fill, engagement, ER trends and labor cost where applicable.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in retail or multi‑site environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence operational outcomes.

Required skills

• HR analytics and KPI reporting.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
