Senior Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

Canadia Bank is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to lead recruitment activities across its departments and branches. The role focuses on delivering a transparent hiring process, enhancing candidate experience, and strengthening the bank’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection to fill vacancies efficiently.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to forecast staffing needs.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on talent trends.
• Advise managers on innovative, cost‑effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, track, and hire quality candidates while keeping managers updated on progress.
• Utilise the applicant tracking system to maintain open requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and collaborate on young‑talent programs with Learning & Development.
• Participate in strategic HR projects aligned with business objectives.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience with a proven partnership record with hiring managers.
• Strong analytical, organizational and assessment abilities.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese language skills are a plus.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to branch locations as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using an applicant tracking system.
