About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Officer to provide operational support and manage core HR functions within a retail environment. The role involves developing policies, job descriptions, and fostering positive employee relations.
Key responsibilities
- Support core HR functions and day‑to‑day operational needs.
- Create, review, and implement HR policies and job descriptions.
- Assist employees, address concerns, and promote a respectful workplace.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of local labour laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with HR information systems or office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a retail setting.
