About the role
The Senior Customer Services Executive supports daily freight sales operations, handling client inquiries, providing spot quotations, and managing space bookings with partner airlines. This position links commercial sales, freight forwarders, and ground handling agents to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sales team to grow the business and achieve monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, and internal operations staff.
- Track inquiries, price quotes, bookings, and new deals, creating sales reports and market updates.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end airside cargo tracking and ensure operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in air cargo customer service, freight forwarding, or GSA operations.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage urgent inquiries, and coordinate across departments.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Proficient in MS Word.
- Proficient in MS Outlook.
