About the role
The Air Operation Executive coordinates daily airfreight export and import bookings, ensuring timely dispatch and service accuracy while communicating with customers, airlines, and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and process daily airfreight export/import bookings.
- Communicate with customers, airlines, transport providers, and overseas offices to resolve shipment issues.
- Track and trace cargo, handle inquiries, and follow up on exceptions such as damage, delays, or missing cargo.
- Ensure accurate billing, documentation, and data entry for invoicing and file closure.
- Maintain customer records, support internal departments, and contribute to operational process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in airfreight, logistics, or customer service operations.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Smart Cargo system.
- Familiarity with AE system.
