Senior Client Partner – TikTok

About the role

Join Aleph’s fast‑growing team as a Senior Client Partner focused on TikTok in Cambodia. You will be the primary driver of new business, helping advertisers and agencies unlock the full potential of TikTok’s advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client objectives and design strategic advertising solutions that meet business needs.
• Build, manage, and expand relationships with major agency groups, direct advertisers, and senior decision‑makers across social, video, mobile, and digital teams.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, leveraging market insights, data, audience trends, and deep TikTok platform knowledge.
• Partner with Aleph’s internal sales teams to onboard priority accounts and develop long‑term strategic partnerships.
• Identify and grow advertising investments across agency and direct‑advertiser portfolios to achieve sustainable revenue growth.
• Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, business cases, and case studies that demonstrate TikTok’s value.
• Own a strong sales pipeline, meet revenue targets, provide accurate forecasts, and report performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to execute operational initiatives and client solutions.
• Act as a TikTok platform evangelist and thought leader, presenting to agencies, brands, and executive audiences.
• Stay current with Cambodia’s digital advertising landscape, market trends, and competitive activity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or digital advertising.
• Commercially driven with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, and ability to engage senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
