Sales Executive – Medical Devices (USD 1,000–1,200/month)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to promote and sell a broad range of medical devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare providers in Phnom Penh. The role involves developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships and achieving sales targets in a fast‑growing medical‑device portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical devices to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare facilities.
• Identify and develop new customers while strengthening relationships with existing doctors, procurement teams and hospital management.
• Conduct regular customer visits, prepare quotations, proposals and support product demonstrations with technical teams.
• Manage sales opportunities from inquiry through negotiation to order closing, including tender and bidding activities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and provide sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of sales experience in the medical‑device industry with a solid understanding of the Cambodian healthcare market.
• Established network of contacts within hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres in Phnom Penh.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets, strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple accounts.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel daily for customer visits.
• Good command of Khmer; working proficiency in English is preferred.
