Outdoor Sales Representative – $350-$450 + Incentive

About the role

The role involves meeting interior designers, architects and end‑customers to understand their furnishing needs, showcasing fabric collections and driving sales while providing creative input on design trends.

Key responsibilities

• Meet interior designers, architects and end‑customers to understand their furnishing needs and present fabric collections.
• Generate leads, negotiate pricing, prepare quotations and close sales deals.
• Provide creative input on fabric selection, colour coordination and design trends.
• Build long‑term partnerships with design firms, retailers and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research on new trends and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1‑3 years of sales or marketing experience in any industry.
• Willingness to travel to customer showrooms, offices or sites.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in Khmer and English.

• Competitive base salary $350‑$450 plus incentive.
• Working hours: 08:30‑17:30 Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑12:30 Saturday.
