Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at GH GROUP you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or reaching out via digital channels. You will deliver a warm, professional experience, understand each customer’s needs and guide them through the purchase journey across the Bathroom, Bedroom and Hotel Supply ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome every walk‑in customer within 30 seconds and respond to remote inquiries (Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Phone) within 10 minutes.
• Conduct a structured needs assessment to identify product requirements, budget and timeline.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the full product range, pricing, discounts and the management system.
• Present, demonstrate and recommend suitable Bathroom, Bedroom and Hotel Supply products based on customer needs.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations in Odoo under supervision.
• Follow up with quoted customers to encourage conversion and close sales.
• Process sales orders correctly in Odoo and coordinate deposit collection and order confirmation.
• Perform after‑sales follow‑up within 3‑7 days of product collection or delivery to confirm satisfaction.
• Record all customer interactions, leads and daily sales activities promptly.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized and presentable, and assist with stock counting and opening/closing procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduate up to one year of experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Strong motivation, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Passion for home design, interior or hospitality products is a strong advantage.
• Honest, reliable, punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
