Project Sales Engineer Manager – Waterproofing

About the role

The Project Sales Engineer Manager will lead the sales of waterproofing and related building‑material solutions for EVERSAFE SOLUTION in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position blends technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify project opportunities, build relationships with contractors, consultants and key decision‑makers, and deliver tailored proposals that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop project sales opportunities for waterproofing and other building‑material products.
• Manage relationships with contractors, consultants and key decision‑makers throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, conduct site visits and provide product recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, track sales performance and manage the project pipeline.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service from initial contact through project completion.
• Train and guide team members, contribute to sales strategies and support marketing activities to meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong project sales and pipeline management experience, preferably in waterproofing or building‑materials.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for presenting technical solutions.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
• Background in engineering, construction or related fields; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
