About the role

Join Ultima Markets as a Senior Business Development Manager, driving partner acquisition and market expansion for a regulated CFD trading gateway operating globally.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs), partners, and clients to expand trading activity and market presence.
• Provide hands‑on technical support, negotiate commission and rebate structures, and keep partners informed about product updates and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Support, Operations, and Marketing to resolve issues and align on campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing market research, monitor industry trends, and share insights to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in the Forex or CFD industry with a proven track record.
• Fluency in Khmer; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities with IBs and affiliates.
• Highly self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adaptable to market dynamics, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using trading platforms MT4 and MT5.
