Sales Supervisor – Lead & Develop Sales Team

About the role

The Sales Supervisor at Orbit Vision will lead a sales team in Phnom Penh, driving revenue for smart interactive display solutions. This full‑time on‑site position is responsible for setting targets, coaching staff, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Set daily and weekly sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, coordinate customer visits and product demonstrations.
• Review sales reports, guide pricing and negotiation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales tactics with product capabilities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance updates for management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify trends.
• Demonstrated experience in team management and training, preferably in technology sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
