Sales Manager – Data Center & Cloud Solutions

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead strategic sales initiatives for enterprise accounts in the data center and cloud solutions sector. You will partner with key customers to understand complex IT infrastructure needs, design tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and influencers across client organizations.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and prospective key accounts.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including needs analysis, solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Collaborate with solutions architects, engineering, and marketing to craft compelling value propositions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on data‑center infrastructure, cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and hybrid IT solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and pipeline reports in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise sales or sales management, preferably within data‑center or cloud‑solutions environments.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen, ability to navigate complex sales cycles, and excellent communication skills.
