Sales Executive & Key Account Manager

About the role

FITS Cargo is looking for a motivated Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to expand its air cargo business in Phnom Penh. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers and other industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight and cross‑border cargo solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees and other stakeholders.
• Prepare competitive quotations and proposals while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee timely cargo handling.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Represent FITS Cargo at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, preferably in the Cambodian market.
• Strong understanding of air cargo operations, documentation and international shipping processes.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
