Channel Sales Executive

About the role

The Channel Sales Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Phnom Penh, managing and expanding relationships with retail and distribution partners for Japanese and Korean beauty, skincare and personal care brands. The role involves identifying new channel opportunities, presenting product lines and negotiating commercial terms to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies, monitor performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Visit customer locations, conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide feedback to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, inventory and marketing information for channel partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms, manage pipelines and prioritize multiple accounts.
• Ensure channel partners have the necessary product and marketing materials to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B channel sales experience in beauty, skincare, personal care or FMCG sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional fluency in English; Khmer or other regional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical, reporting and forecasting abilities.
• Comfortable with frequent on‑site customer visits within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Familiarity with sales or inventory management systems (advantageous).
