Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our showroom in Phnom Penh. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping them find the right vehicle and service solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to grow within a dynamic automotive business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct showroom presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
• Provide accurate vehicle information, pricing, and financing options.
• Prepare quotations and support customers through the purchase process.
• Follow up on leads, maintain customer records, and ensure timely delivery documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate vehicle delivery and after‑sales service.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting abilities with a focus on needs assessment and solution‑based selling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven work habits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to learn automotive product details and financing options.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Experience using CRM tools for customer management.
