About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage departmental activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Develop and oversee financial planning, accounting, and cost control processes.
• Drive product research, development, and production efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse operations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Create and execute marketing strategies, trade promotions, and product positioning.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields).
• Proven experience in the respective functional area, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
