Project Sales Officer – Ceramic Materials

About the role

The Project Sales Officer will focus on generating new business and managing existing accounts for ceramic construction products. You will visit construction sites, assess project needs, prepare proposals and drive the sales process to closure while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets within the assigned region.
• Identify and source new project opportunities through regular site visits and customer outreach.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to project conversion, including quotation preparation and price negotiation.
• Coordinate with internal teams via the S&OP process to guarantee timely, full delivery of products.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects and project owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming projects, providing regular sales reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in project sales or the construction materials industry.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
