Sales & Marketing Supervisor

About the role

ICS International School is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Supervisor to drive student enrollment growth and lead its marketing initiatives. The role oversees daily sales and marketing activities, manages the enrollment pipeline, and supports lead generation and conversion efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage the full enrollment pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Plan and oversee digital and offline marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, website content, and events.
• Strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships, referral channels, and community outreach programs.
• Lead the Sales & Marketing team, set targets, coach members, and monitor performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and provide forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive enrollment experience for prospective families.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education or a customer‑focused industry.
• Proven experience managing sales pipelines, lead generation, and team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and performance analysis.
