Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

ICS International School is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the school’s enrollment and marketing initiatives. The role will drive student recruitment, strengthen the school’s brand, and expand market reach while managing a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage the full enrollment pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Plan and oversee digital and offline marketing activities, including advertising, social media, website content, and events.
• Enhance brand awareness and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships, referral channels, and community outreach programs.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the Sales & Marketing team.
• Control the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports with forecasts and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education or a customer‑focused industry.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and team performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
