Commercial Sales Executive – B2B

About the role

The B2B Commercial Sales Executive will drive the execution of a defined sales strategy, ensuring the commercial team delivers sustainable growth and profitability for the subsidiary.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously review the sales strategy to align with group and company objectives.
• Manage all aspects of commercial sales—including personnel, administration, cost control, and pricing—to protect margins and volume.
• Identify and directly engage key market segments, maintaining strong relationships and communication.
• Provide market intelligence to the B2B Manager to support business development.
• Achieve yearly B2B sales targets, increase sales volume, and improve financial risk analysis and payment collection.
• Assist in customer profiling and set appropriate credit limits and terms.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Code of Conduct and HSEQ policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, management, or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the oil or B2B sector.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Khmer and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and be creative and responsive to business needs.
