Corporate Sales Supervisor – Event Venues (Weddings & Functions)

About the role

The Corporate Sales Supervisor will lead sales initiatives across event venues, including wedding halls, banquet spaces, hotels, restaurants with event facilities, and party organizers. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, expanding product presence, and achieving sales targets within the hospitality and events segment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales relationships with wedding venues, banquet halls, conference spaces, hotels, restaurants, and event management companies.
• Identify and onboard new venue partners, ensuring product visibility and availability.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through tailored promotions, packages, and field visits.
• Collaborate with event planners, wedding organizers, and catering teams to secure product usage at events.
• Support venue partners with marketing materials, tasting sessions, and promotional activities.
• Lead and coach corporate sales representatives, overseeing route planning and field execution.
• Analyse event trends, seasonal demand, and competitor activity to propose market‑strengthening strategies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and coordinate with finance, logistics, and customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, hospitality, beverages or event services.
• Strong understanding of event operations, wedding industry and hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proven capability to lead a team in a fast‑paced, field‑focused environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
