Procurement Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Operator to support our purchasing and logistics functions in Phnom Penh. The role involves assisting in market exploration, supplier management, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new markets for goods and services and reviewing specifications, delivery conditions, and payment terms.
• Obtain supplier quotes, prepare quote analyses, and support management approval processes.
• Maintain contact with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve issues such as defects or returns.
• Update and maintain supplier and purchase price databases regularly.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, shipment handling and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodian customs.
• Knowledge of procurement practices in the power, energy or infrastructure sectors is an asset.
• Strong teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment and ability to meet strict deadlines.
