Assistant to Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant to the Maintenance Manager to support procurement, supplier coordination and customs clearance activities for our operations in Phnom Penh. The role involves assisting the manager in sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in exploring new market sources for goods and services and reviewing specifications, delivery conditions, and payment terms.
• Obtain supplier quotes, prepare quote analyses, and support management approval processes.
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve issues such as defects or returns.
• Update supplier and purchase price databases and keep records of contracts, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with transport agents and customs to manage shipment and clearance activities, ensuring timely processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, shipment handling and customs clearance, preferably with Cambodia customs authorities.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, technical specifications, and Cambodia customs and tax regulations.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work under strict deadlines in a multicultural environment.
